Influence of Training and Personality Traits on Entrepreneurial Intention and Behaviour

Entrepreneurial intention and its subsequent achievement in starting one's activity are processes subject to numerous internal external influences, which should be studied depth due their great importance for local global economies. The present research is holistic since it encompasses the entire process that generates entrepreneurial behaviour.
